SAFETY

DuKON Construction Ltd. is committed to the health and safety of its employees and all those involved in our projects. We ensure the continuous improvement toward an accident-free workplace through effective administration, education, and training.

All of our employees- including our skilled laborers, site supervisors, and administrative and managerial staff- are safety-trained in WHMIS and working-at-heights, and are fully compliant with WSIB. Each member of our team has the responsibility to ensure a safe and healthy workplace; we work together to help prevent incidents from creating unwanted losses and personal injuries or illnesses.

We follow legislative requirements and go above industry standards. We are currently in the process of obtaining the Certificate of Recognition (COR) that is nationally trademarked and endorsed by the participating members of the Canadian Federation of Construction Safety Association (CFCSA) of which the Infrastructure of Health and Safety Association (IHSA) is a member.

OUR FLEET

There is no job too big or too small for us to handle. Our continually-expanding fleet includes: excavators, spreaders, rollers, dump trucks, bobcats, and bulldozers. These specialty machines allow us to effectively perform our core services of paving and grading, in addition to excavating, trenching, underground drainage, and wall-building, including retaining walls, foundation walls, and planter walls.
